Rustom “Rusty” Jehangir is the founder and CEO of Blue Robotics, based in Torrance, California. He and his company are on a mission to enable the future of marine robotics with low-cost components and systems. Founded in 2014 through a Kickstarter campaign, the company now manufactures more than three hundred products including the BlueROV2 underwater vehicle and the BlueBoat surface vessel. Its products are used around the world for exploration, science, education, research, underwater inspection, and search and rescue.
