Erik has led the development, design, and deployment of McKinsey’s GenAI capabilities, including deploying one of the most advanced GenAI platforms in the world, Lilli. He also is the founder and leader of McKinsey’s growth & innovation practice (~25% of Firm activity), advising CEOs and senior executives on strategy, growth, innovation and technology topics.
