Diana Williams is the Co-founder & CEO of Kinetic Energy Entertainment, a multidisciplinary entertainment venture studio and boutique consulting firm. Kinetic develops, produces and builds enterprise value around story-based IP for distribution across all platforms. Partnering with a diversity of talent within the new creator economy, Kinetic pushes the boundaries of storytelling and technology, with an eye on the future of entertainment.

An entrepreneur and award-winning producer, Diana’s experience ranges from indie film to studio franchises, scripted/unscripted episodic content, and across the media landscape including videogames, podcasts and location based experiences. Prior to Kinetic, Diana was the Creative Development/Franchise Producer for Star Wars at Lucasfilm, and was a founding team member that launched ILMxLAB, an immersive entertainment and mixed reality laboratory. She has also consulted for a variety of companies including studios/streamers, game developers, foundations, arts organizations, theater and tech.

A graduate of Georgetown University, Diana is a member of the Directors Guild of America (DGA) and The Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences (AMPAS), and is the former Chair of the Interactive Board for the Peabody Awards.
