Chris is a space lawyer, futurist, and has provided regulatory guidance to ensure FAA compliance for some of the world’s cutting edge launch service providers. He is also President of Project Dark Forest, whose goal is to provide tools to underprivileged communities that allow them to compete fairly for a place in the new space economy. He has always been fascinated by physical cosmology, astrobiology, and the philosophical underpinnings that drive what we understand (and don’t) about both. Chris is dedicated to the democratization of access to space, and to the establishment of robust STEM education and STEM opportunities for disenfranchised youth, women, and young adults.
