Adina Popescu is the founder of ÆRTH, a growing earth sciences network that includes scientists from NASA/JPL, AROSE, and oceanography institutes from all around the globe. ÆRTH is training an AI model on a continuous stream of ground truth and satellite image data alike to represent our complex and ever-evolving environmental systems.

Adina comes to AI from a background in Philosophy, AR, and VR technology. She has previously advised Media Arts Lab/ Apple, Conservation International, and Paramount Studios on VR/AR. She has also advised the German government on privacy protocols and has been a champion of decentralised digital frameworks worldwide.
